Martika is a national variety flow artist event entertainer based in Kansas City. She offers clean, family-friendly entertainment sure to astound and delight. Her warm demeanor and quirky charm are sure to win over any crowd! She is trained in a variety of prop manipulation and sideshow arts and has an impeccable safety record. Impossible to pin down, her show contains diverse elements such as glass walking, sword swallowing, daring escapes, and of course, flow dance and arts. Martika’s passion for visual arts started in 2008 through training in dance, from jazz to classical ballet. Her passion flourished through the discovery of hula hoop dance, and she is now a skilled hula hoop performer and flow dancer.
Martika has worked alongside a large roster of some of the most talented artists and entertainers in the USA and currently offers the only one woman stunt show in KC. She has been seen performing as a flow dancer and flow artist for hire at corporate events, weddings, busker festivals, and many types of events across the nation. In addition to teaching and performing, Martika is an avid prop builder and costume creator. She creates new costumes fitting the theme of any event and with crowd interaction in mind.
